Who We Are

Founded in 1925, the Toms River Branch is the Headquarters of the Ocean County Library system. The Toms River Branch currently serves a population of 91,798 people. The Toms River branch offers a Sensory Space, a Maker Space, many public meeting rooms for booking, the Wheeler Room that holds local manuscripts, and the largest collection in the system.

What We Do

The Toms River Library offers countless free programming for all ages and interests, as well as offers public space to hold your own meetings reflective of our policy. We also are involved in our local Downtown Business District and out in our community doing Outreaches and helping those in need. Help out our extensive collection by volunteering today!
